    On November 18, 2004, over 200 citizens met to discuss the future of their Central Pennsylvania for John Kerry Meetup Group. Despite their disappointment in the overall outcome of the 2004 election, they were determined to keep their grassroots organization together to build upon their success.

    While the new organization, VoteBluePA, has a six member executive committee, the real power lies with the committees.
